Excellent service. Sam and Alan arrived as promised within a couple of hours of my call. They cleared the blocked drain very efficiently and identified the problem, showing me video footage of the issue, which was a misaligned pipe. I booked them in to correct the problem and they returned several days later to fix it. Great, friendly communication throughout and all the issues involved were explained clearly and courteously. I wouldn't hesitate to use SBD again.
